■ 利用許諾
当サイトで配布している楽曲は、以下の用途に無料でご利用いただけます。
・YouTube・Instagram・Facebook・TikTok・Vimeo などの動画
・ポッドキャスト・ウェブサイト・プレゼンテーション
・個人・商用を問わない動画コンテンツ
■ 帰属表示
クレジット表記は不要です。ただし「Music by Sushi Sounds (sushisounds.com)」とご記載いただけると大変嬉しく思います。
■ 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止します。
・楽曲の再販売・有料での二次配布
・楽曲単体での販売・NFT化
・楽曲の著作権を自身のものとして登録する行為
・当サイトのシステムへの不正アクセス・負荷をかける行為
■ 放送・商業ライセンス
テレビ・ラジオ・映画・商業広告など大規模な放送用途でのご利用は、別途ライセンスが必要です。ご希望の方は info@sushisounds.com までご連絡ください。
■ ダウンロード制限
1アカウントにつき24時間あたり最大20曲までダウンロードできます。
■ アカウント
・Googleアカウントによる登録・ログインが必要です。
・利用規約に違反するアカウントは予告なく停止することがあります。
■ 免責事項
当サイトの楽曲を利用したことによる損害について、当サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
■ 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更することがあります。変更後はこのページに掲載します。

Each account may download up to 20 tracks per 24-hour period.
■ Account

・Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended without notice.
